By combining milk protein, collagen hydrolysate and pea protein isolate, we reach a high protein content without making the bar chewy or dry. The collagen hydrolysate is the key here: it gives the bar its soft, almost creamy bite. The low sugar content doesn't come at the expense of taste either, since real chocolate and rich flavours do the work instead of sugar. That way the bar eats like a treat, while still contributing to your day.
